Are the videos made with AI?
Yes. Every video is made with AI tools, including the actors in AI UGC videos. That’s how delivery stays fast and prices stay low. AI actors present your product; they are never presented as real customers.
Do I need to ship my product?
No. Send clear product photos from several angles, plus your logo. Every video is checked so your labels and packaging look right before delivery.
Can I run the ads anywhere?
Yes. You get full rights to use them in paid ads, on social, on your website and in email, with no extra usage fees.
How do I pay?
Build your order and send it on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm the details and reply with a secure payment link, so you can pay by card. Work starts once payment is in. Monthly plans are billed once a month, in advance, until you cancel.
What if I don’t like something?
Every package, including websites and audits, includes two revision rounds. Tell us what to change and we’ll update it.
Can I get them faster?
Yes. 24-hour delivery is available on any one-time creative package for 30% extra. It doesn’t apply to websites or the funnel audit.
How do the monthly plans work?
You get a fixed set of new ads each month, delivered weekly. You pay the first month when you order, then the plan renews each month until you cancel. Plans are month to month, with no contract. If you add extra formats, you choose whether they’re for the first month only or every month.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund any time before work on your order starts. Once production starts, your two revision rounds are how we make it right, and you’re refunded for anything we can’t deliver. Details are in the refund & cancellation policy.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@scrollstopco.com any time before your next billing date. You won’t be charged again, and you still get the rest of the ads for the month you already paid for.
