Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with ScrollStop Studio ("we", "us"), a creative studio based in New Jersey, USA, through scrollstopco.com, WhatsApp, email or any other channel. By placing an order, you ("you", "the client") agree to them.

1. What we offer

We create AI-made video ads (AI UGC, product short videos, motion graphics, infographic and explainer videos) and static ads. We also offer Shopify funnel audits, one-page websites and Shopify store setups and builds. Each package lists what's included, how many items you get and the delivery time.

2. Orders and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Prices cover everything listed in the package. If sales tax applies, it's shown before you pay.
• One-time packages are paid in full before work begins.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance, once a month, starting on the day you sign up. Extras added to a monthly plan (such as extra formats) are charged for the first month only, or every month if you choose that when you order.
• An order is confirmed when we've received payment and confirmed the details with you in writing (by email or WhatsApp).

3. Launch offer terms

• Launch prices are about 29% below regular prices. They apply to orders paid on or before November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.
• The crossed-out price shown with each package is the regular price that applies after the offer ends.
• Orders paid during the offer keep the launch price, even if work is delivered after it ends.
• Monthly plans started during the offer keep their launch price for as long as the plan stays active without a break.
• The offer can't be combined with other discounts or coupons unless we say so in writing. It has no cash value.

4. What you provide

• Clear product photos from several angles, your logo and any brand guidelines. You don't need to ship your product.
• Accurate information about your product, including any claims you want made about it.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us (photos, logos, music, footage, text).

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are counted in days from when we have both your payment and everything we need from you (see section 4).
• 24-hour delivery is an optional add-on (+30%) for one-time creative packages. It isn't available for websites or funnel audits.
• Files are delivered through a shared Google Drive folder, in the formats listed in your package. Extra formats (16:9 or 4:5) are +$15 per video.
• If something on our side will delay delivery, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

6. Revisions

• Every package, including websites and funnel audits, includes two revision rounds. Request them within 14 days of delivery.
• A revision is a change to the work we delivered, within the original brief: editing script lines, captions, scenes, timing, colors, text or music.
• A new concept, new product or new script after delivery counts as a new order.
• For websites, a revision is a change to the pages, layout, text or images we built, within the agreed scope. For funnel audits, it’s a change or clarification to your fix list.

7. AI-made content and advertising claims

• All videos are made with AI tools, including the actors in AI UGC videos. AI actors present your product. They are never presented as real customers, and we don't write fake testimonials or reviews.
• We don't invent results, statistics or endorsements. Any example figures shown on our site are labeled as illustrations.
• You're responsible for making sure the claims in your ads are true and that your ads follow the law and the rules of the platforms where they run (for example, Meta and TikTok ad policies and FTC guidelines). We'll flag anything we think is risky.
• We review every video so your product, labels and packaging look right. AI output can still contain small flaws, and fixing them is what revision rounds are for.

8. Ownership and usage rights

• Once you've paid in full, you can use the delivered work in paid ads, on social media, on your website, in email and anywhere else you promote your business, with no extra usage fees.
• You keep all rights to the materials you sent us.
• We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
• AI-generated material may have limited copyright protection under current law. We don't promise that delivered work can be registered for copyright.

9. Monthly plans

• Monthly plans are month to month, with no contract. They renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time before your next billing date. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Each month's ads are delivered weekly. Unused deliverables don't carry over to later months.

10. Websites and funnel audits

• For websites, you pay for your own domain, hosting, Shopify plan, paid themes and paid apps, unless your package says otherwise.
• A funnel audit gives our professional recommendations. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your product, pricing and ad spend.

11. No guaranteed results

We work hard to make ads and stores that sell, but we can't guarantee any specific sales, return on ad spend, click-through rate or other results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, ad spend or ad account restrictions.

13. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If there's ever a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out with a message.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
